Description
The Mental Dimension is processing our brain’s capacity to think, evaluate, learn, expand knowledge, and form ideas. These brain actions become the hub of our “reasoning mind”. This is how we evaluate how our life is going currently, and where we want it to go in the future.

This is a self-paced class, designed to help strengthen this dimension. It is best to review the course "The Six Dimensions of Well Being" before taking this course. These courses may be prescribed to you by an i360 coach or by others. By the end of this course you will have a better understanding of how to strengthen the Mental Dimension of well-being.
