In collaboration with your existing training, performance evaluation and EAP programs,
we support soft skills development for all team members, including new associates, new leaders, early career employees, and teams.  --  i360 offers a wide variety of online lessons, evidence based content, courses which are all blended with team or one on one coaching, to support your strategy for well-being and productivity in the workplace.

i360 Offerings


  • i360 Lunch-n-Learn |  The Lunch-n-Learn sessions are focused presentations that will help an individual to evaluate future action steps in their work and/or personal life.  Lunch-n-Learns are designed for work teams or groups of individuals. They are 30-50 minute informal interactive sessions.  

  • i360 Growth Classes |  Growth Classes are offered to help individuals work together to understand how to be effective in professional and/or personal roles.  Classes are designed for small teams or groups of individuals, and provided in varying  amount of sessions, depending on the specific topic.  Group interaction is critically important, which will limit the size of some growth classes, to maximize productive discussion.

  • i360 Personal Coaching |  Integrare360 defines Personal Coach as a person who fosters confidence, competence, courage,  and self-awareness for the accomplishment of the client’s own personal goals or desired changes. A process-master whose two highest priorities are the client’s  autonomy in all decisions and their 360° whole life well-being.  Our certified coaches work methodically together with the client to  achieve the client’s best self. Coaching toward sustainable goals or changes may include personal health and wellness, productivity , personal work struggles, work relationships, job or life transitions, first career job development, responding to challenging life events, or behavioral assessment applications. 

  • i360 Mentoring |  Personal mentors work alongside the individual as a peer, rather than an authority, to provide a listening ear, wisdom, and guidance based on their own career experiences and/or life learnings. One who understands that well-being is foundational to life fulfillment and wholeness. This support and encouragement is customized by the mentor for each mentee. Mentoring may include job decisions, planning, solutions, teamwork strategies, job or life transitions, building self-awareness, intergenerational work relationships, or the key leaders' personal growth and self-leadership.  This is great environment in which to use the RightPath Behavioral Assessment tool. One of the objectives of this program is to support the development of peer mentoring relationships within your organization.

  • i360 Retreat  | i360 will customize an interactive growth/development retreat experience based on the desired topic or topics of need, based on discussions with organizational decision makers. Retreats are best offered, in person and off site to enhance freshness, focus, and relational dynamics. The length of the retreat is customized based on the topics, goals and outcomes. - One Day or Multiple Day retreats are available. This is an ideal opportunity to build teams, understand change, and discover how to maximize emotional intelligence that builds team loyalty, agility, resilience, and balance at work.   

We support a culture of 360 development, throughout your organization by focusing on your existing strengths and needs.  The i360 training and tools support well performing teams, reduced employees attrition and stress, productivity, as well as helping your organization hold onto good people and critical talent - meaning less time and money is spent on search and hire, new hire training and cultural assimilation.  After completing the request below, you will have access to the i360 Orientation, and you will be able to enroll yourself in other i360 courses or coaching/mentoring.
