JIM LANDERS

Director of Health & Wellness, Coach & Mentor


Jim Landers is the Director of Integrare360 - i360. He brings over forty years of experience planning for and responding to the needs of individuals, couples, and families. His experience of leading classes, retreats, seminars, and events, as well as his extensive experience in giving pastoral care counsel make his position as Director of Health & Wellness, a wonderful fit. The Integrare360 (i360) program aims to move people from just-being to well-being to whole-being. One method is through coaching/mentoring of individuals and teams. 

Jim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from William Jewell College and a Master’s of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served four decades in various church leadership positions including College and Single Adults, Marriage and Family, Care Support and Recovery, and Boomer/Seniors. Jim is certified as a RightPath 4 and 6 Leadership and Personal Behavior Assessment Coach, Stephen Care Team Leader, SYMBIS Relationship Assessment Facilitator, and National Single Adult Program Consultant. He is certified with Wellcoaches School of Coaching (affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the American College of Sports Medicine) which is accredited through the International Coaching Federation. He also served three terms on the nonprofit Board of Directors for Love INC Benevolence Agency of Clay County. Jim and his wife Mary have been married for over forty years, have to sons, and enjoy a fulfilling life in the KC northland community.

KIM SIEGEL

HEALTH & LIFE COACH


As a registered nurse, Kim is passionate about achieving and maintaining good health.  Her role as Health & Life Coach allows her to combine her experience in hospice, cancer care and post-op recovery with her love of watching people grow. She has worked over 30 years at North Kansas City Hospital. Her work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) where she teaches recovery to all open-heart surgery patients contributes greatly to her coaching style. 

Kim earned her Nursing degree from St. Luke’s School of Nursing and continued to add to her education by receiving a double certification as a Health and Life Coach from the Health Coach Institute which is accredited through the International Coaching Federation. Through this training, she has learned how to help others make transformational positive lifestyle sustainable changes that affect EVERY area of a client’s life to be better than they were the day before.

Kim has been married over 30 years and has two adult children and a granddaughter. She loves spending time with them! She also enjoys cycling – you might find her on a road, trail, or traversing the state with her dad, friends, or in solitude.

KIM RATH

Health & Wellness Coach


Kim’s interest in health and a desire to help others is what led her to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Kim earned her degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and completed her internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. She served as a clinical dietitian in the U.S. Air Force and has since worked in various medical settings. Kim’s experience and self-studies have led to a shift in her focus to the prevention and treatment of chronic disease using nutrition and lifestyle.

In 2018, Kim completed her training and certification as a Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches (affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the American College of Sports Medicine) which is accredited through the International Coaching Federation. She enjoys working with people who desire improved health and life, meeting them where they are and helping them make realistic, sustainable changes.

Kim and her husband Brian have three adult children. In addition to visiting her children, Kim likes to spend her leisure time being active outdoors, cooking and eating delicious food, and traveling with her husband.

JANA WAITS

Life and Leadership Coach


Jana joined the i360 team in the fall of 2020 as a Life and Leadership Coach. In this role she is able to combine her own training with her experience in training coaches,  teaching leaders how to equip other leaders, with the joy and hardship of being the caregiver for her mother. As her mother’s health declined and her dementia progressed, Jana was able to provide care and support. She knows how important it is for families to work together to create a plan to live well through end of life – so that every person experiences dignity and loving care. With compassion and patience, Jana provides coaching to anyone wanting to grow in their life, are facing life changes/transitions, and particularly to seniors and caregiving families while also assisting those facing life changes or transitions. She approaches each client with challenging questions, encouragement, and practical resources.

Jana is a Certified Life Coach and Christian Leadership Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She earned a BA in Sociology from William Jewell College. She also has years of service on the Independence School Board as President and board member, as well as volunteer commitments for many organizations in the community.

Relaxation comes in the form of spending time with her growing family. Jana is married and has a daughter and son, as well as five grandchildren. She enjoys traveling to see family, serving in her community and church, and spending time in her yard or cooking.

GLEN NASH

Life and Leadership Coach


Glen is a Certified Life Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

 

Glen has served on church pastoral staffs for over 30 years, and most recently served as Associate Pastor of Blue Springs Christian Church. This has given him over 30 years of teaching, training, encouraging, and giving personal care to people. He currently serves as a volunteer Emergency Service Chaplain (ESC) for the Blue Springs Police Department and the Central Jackson County Fire Protection District - having started in August of 2013. In January 2014, he became the Blue Springs Police Department's volunteer Chaplain - as well as continuing to serve as a ESC.

 

Glen served as a Board Member of the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce from January 2016 through December 2018, and for over 3 years now, he is one of the core leadership team members guiding the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce sponsoring the group "LEADership Blue Springs." This is a select group of people who enjoy a monthly, all-day educational hands-on learning experience -- for 10 consecutive months. This training helps people gain knowledge of Blue Springs & Central/Eastern Jackson County businesses and non-profit organizations, as well as various types of leadership skills. His enjoyment of helping LEADership Blue Springs comes from the fact that it is in the business of developing leaders for the future! This concept fuels Glen's coaching passion.

DEB LUXTON

Life and Leadership Coach


Deb is a retired AT&T executive who majored in Mergers and Acquisitions the last era of her employment.

 

In retirement Deb has founded and is CEO of One Life to THRIVE, LLC. She is passionate about helping people, particularly women, who are in leadership. She addresses such life issues as perfectionism, control, pleasing others, gaining a deeper spiritual life, and battles that come from leading others. She equips people to be authentic in their personal and work life. 

 

Deb is a professionally trained and certified Life Coach, a John Maxwell Team founding partner,  certified Leadership Coach, and has led her local Celebrate Recovery 12 Step Recovery program for over a decade. She is a board of directors officer for Christian Coaches Network International. 

 

Deb has a great passion for helping people thrive, set healthy boundaries, and conquer Inner conflicts (which she has authored a book about, listed on Amazon).

TerryAnn Porter

Personal Life Coach


TerryAnn is trained and certified as a Life Coach through PCCI (Professional Christian Coach Institute) where she received extensive training which aligns with the ICF (International Coach Federation) standards.

Through in-person and online events, she teaches on the topic “Defeating the LIES of Negative Self-Talk” and “Learning to Say No, It’s Time to Stop People Pleasing”. Self-paced online courses are also available on her website. She currently co-hosts a weekly Facebook LIVE event “Conversations with Sheri and TerryAnn” featuring discussions on life, work, family, success and more. 

TerryAnn is an active member of “Coaching Suicide Awareness”, a non-profit group proving resources and training for professionals and coaches.

In her spare time, TerryAnn loves collecting, needlework, crafts, and writing. She is the author of two books: "Stitched in Christ" and "The Proverbs 31 Woman, God’s Work in Progress" available on Amazon.  Initial four sessions included as one package. Additional sessions will be booked separately.
