Description
This course will cover leadership principles for those who have been recently promoted or are soon to be promoted. New leaders must know how to change gears in their mindset and approach to team work. What does it take to be a well thought out leader who leads a cohesive and effective team? We will cover tools and techniques to help you effectively manage yourself and others including Pouring the Foundation, Support Structures, Failing Well, and Strength Leadership Principles.

This course will encourage exploration of steps to strengthen your thinking and position yourself to be the kind of leader others want to follow. This is a course made up of four 40 minute modules and two interview activities. ILSP.
