This self-awareness generates confidence, resilience, balance, ego strength, and a platform from which to create a realistic self-image and satisfying healthy relationships.
This is a self-paced class, designed to help strengthen this dimension. It is best to review the course "The Six Dimensions of Well Being" before taking this course. These courses may be prescribed to you by an i360 coach or by others. By the end of this course you will have a better understanding of how to strengthen the Emotional Dimension of well-being.
