The Physical Dimension is recognizing the need for our body to be developed, maintained, and protected. Our body must be developed and maintained - this is not optional. This fact has no age restrictions. There is much science now on key contributors to keeping a body healthy. Long term productivity at home and work depends on how seriously you take this type of information. This class deals with your body's basic physical fitness needs.

This is a self-paced class, designed to help strengthen this dimension. This course will focus on Movement, Sleep, Meditation and Keeping your body fit. These courses may be prescribed to you by an i360 coach or by others. By the end of this course you will have a better understanding of how to strengthen the Physical Dimension of well-being.
