Even if we exercise consistently and eat right, the value of a healthy body is lessened by not protecting our it in the typical situations we need to take safety precautions. Human bodies are strong and very resilient, but it doesn't take much to harm a body. The human body is amazing but it is fragile also.
This is a self-paced class, designed to help strengthen this dimension. It is best to review the course "The Six Dimensions of Well Being" before taking this course.
